Rhetta McDaniel Bartlett died on Jan 4, 1972 in Santa Anna, Brown County and is buried in Santa Anna Cemetery her brother, David Homer McDaniel died on May 27, 1954 in Tilden, Texas and is buried in Santa Anna Cemetery her sister, Edna E. McDaniel died on August 31, 1960 in Santa Anna, Brown County and is buried in Santa Anna Cemetery their nephew, O'Rell O. McDaniel died on Nov. 22, 1967 in CA and is buried in Santa Anna Cemetery in Brown County. I would be glad to pay for these obits if someone could look them up and let me know how much they cost. I am looking for an obituary from Susan (E. or K.) Ellis, born 6 Jun 1899. Died possibly on 7 Aug 1995, according to the Social Security Death Index. She has a headstone in the Macedonia Cemetery near the Lake Brownwood State Park and there is no death date on it. I am also looking for an obituary for Opal Velma Keesee, born 28 Sep 1909 and possibly died on 2 Dec 1995 if the listing found on the Social Security Death Index is her. In 1950, Lena married Charlie Lamkin. He was president of Lamkin Furniture Company. Charlie died in 1991 and Lena died in 2002. They are both buried in East Lawn Cemetery, here in Brown County, at Early, Texas. She was in her late 90s when she died. I did relay your message to him, and he was appreciative of you concern and praise for her. Clay

SARAH PRICE Mrs. Sarah Price, age 70 years, one of the pioneer residents of the Jones Chapel community, died at the home of her son, Lester Price, in Dallas Thunday evening at 7:00 o'clock after an illness of several months. The body was received this mornIng at 5:45 a. m. by the Mitcham Funeral Home and funeral services were held at 2 p. m. today at Jenkins Springs Church with Rev. W.I. Newton officiating. Internment was in Jenkins Springs cemetery. Pallbearers were: Claude Godwin, W.S. Jenkins, C. A. Thomason, Charlie Day, Roy Funderburk. Survivors are her husband, J.H.
