    3. Thank you very much, Patsy! I think this could be a fun project. I know I enjoy doing Jefferson Co., OK. And the Url of York (for all York researchers) website. Of course, it's no fun if it just sits stagnent and that's why info from you and whoever else can supply it, would be so beneficial to all Brown Co., researchers. Any and all records having to do with the area and it's past, would be a great addition. I'll keep your email. 3. Rebecca, I live in Austin, TX. I have access to the State library in Austin and I am a fairly short drive to Brownwood. My particular interest are the families of the Grosvenor area. I am willing to help as much as I can. I have sooo much information that I could share, too... as I said most pertains to the Grosvenor families. I am a descendant of the MARR and FRY lines. 3. Pam, That would be great! Any and all info pertaining to Brown County is what we're after, right? I love doing webpages, love helping others find info and connections, and love searching myself. It's not set that I'll be taking over - but the concern from Mary was where I am located. My concern, also, because it'd be nice to have a great site (maybe modelled after Wise County - great site and CC's there!) but, we can only have one with imput from those that can get or that have info to put online. Thanks, Pam..............for your offer of info~! I am looking for this info on James Thaxton Evans. He was born in Callahan Co., TX on 12/11/1892 and died in Brown Co., TX in May of 1986. His last residence was Bangs, TX. I would like to have the text of this obit to find any living relatives. James Thaxton was my mother's first cousin, and we know little of this family, as my mother's parents moved to Northern Indiana when she was very young. I am happy to reciprocate by looking up info in the Nashville, TN area. Thanks for any help you can provide.
