Looking for details on the death of William Red(i)ford Preston who died in Bowie County,TX in 1896 shot in the head. He was married to Rosa Arminta Cornelius, known as Minnie. They had the following children: Cyrus, Vina,Janie Elizabeth, and Willie C. Preston. After the death of William, Rosa Arminta remarried a W.E.Torrans and ended up near Shreveport , LA. This line is documented in the IGI but the submitters do not respond to letters of inquiry although the envelopes are not returned.
