Don't know if this will help you but I found a map in the book "Texas Land Title Abstracts". The map was courtesy of Midland Map Company Midland, TX. I only copied the map of Franklin and Titus counties as I had one of Bowie. Do not remember where I got it. May have been from this same book. I can check Thursday when I go to the library and can let you know. BTW the Dalby's and Bullocks are in my collateral lines.
