Youngblood ill at home of daugher Mrs. Ann Hurley of Sulphur Springs; born Nashville, Tenn. 15 Nov 1804; will be 106 in 2 mos 30 Sept: funeral attended by grandson Hon. Jno. A. Hurley of Texarkana (Hopkins Co. genealogy society has more info); continued in issue: died last Sunday; to Alabama as boy; to Texas 1848; bricklayer; helped build Marshall, Texas court house 1849; singing school teacher; lived on farm near Evan Point; Baptist; married 5 times; survivors: last wife, 2 daughters, 1 son; number of grand and great grand children; surviviing daughters: Mrs. Hurley of Sulphur Springs; Mrs. Lizzie Satterfield of Dike; son Will Youngblood; buried city cemetery; service Rev. A.A. Duncan of Greenville (daughter Mrs. Lizzie Satterfield was Elizabeth Amanda Youngblood and married 1st a Bartley then Ross Satterfield-my personal research)
