He was born to Louis McCoy and Amanda (Robinson) McCoy, ca 1853/4 in Tishomingo Co. MS. He had two brothers, James & Daniel. James settled in TN. The last known of Fleming & Daniel they went to TX settling near the town of Hooks, in Bowie Co. TX. Anything will be appreciated. Thanks
