According to a family story, one of his brothers moved to BOWIE county (DeKalb, TX specific)before 1870. Edward and wife Sabra Whitaker had 8 children (William, Zacharia, Sylvester, Henry, Susan, George, Richard and Jessie. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob Crump
