I believe he didn't go into the business till 1914 but did not purchase it till 1918.(According to Funeral notice) This funeral home was in Texarkana and was used by the east part of Bowie and a lot of Miller county Ar. Someone from Dekalb would have used them if they died in a Texarkana Hospital.
