There is a link about 10 lines below the place where you branch off to here that will link you to the right person to retrieve the license. The Bowie County marriage records were all handwritten and very difficult to read and lots of errors were made in transcribing them. The Bowie County Marriage files show a W.F. Taylor married a Wenes/Wines, Lillie on 7-2-1893 so a search for a Winer wouldn't have shown the marriage. Marland Old
