I wrote to the historian I mentioned, previously....unfortunately he had no info for you..........however he did tell me that in the time period you wrote about, there was about 1 murder a week in Bosque Co, (according to Austin newspaper) ! You may want to check microfilm for prominent area newspapers........and you could also write a note to LaDawn Garland.... garland@htcomp.net ......she has researched old newspapers in Bosque Co.......
