(25) & Zelma Phillips (22) are on the 1930 census of Bosque Co. with children: Marie 3 years 5 months & George C. 1 months. Also, his brother Weldon(22) is living with him. All were born in Texas. From Social Security Records: Name: Zelma Phillips SSN: 464-42-3938 Last Residence: 76665 Meridian, Bosque, Texas, United States of America Born: 22 Apr 1907 Died: Apr 1966 State (Year) SSN issued: Texas (Before 1951 ) I would request a copy of the death record for the names of her parents.
