Old divorce are kept at the courthouses in Texas same as the old marriage records. Or at lest they were when I was doing some research on them. In Bosque County they are kept up stairs in vault you just have to go ask to see them. I am not sure how far back they go. Wish I could help but right now an unable to do much research. Christine Neal
