I'm doing work on the line of Willis Jasper Bankston, of Walnut Springs. I'm interested in what cemetery he may be buried in, most likely somewhere in or around that town. Also, what his wife's name is. From various census records, it looks like her name is Berthena. Willis servred with the CSA in 1st GA Calvary and 25th GA Infantry Co. D. (CSA Pension # 25973) His parent's were John Thomas (Jr.) Bankston and Wylie Johnson (buried in Friendship Primitive Bapt. Church Cemetery, Lawrenceville, Gwinett Co., GA) The following info I've gathered from 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880 and 1920 GA and TX census, plus additional sources. Thanks for any assist.
