Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/FkB.2ACI/972.1 Message Board Post: Vic, George W. Wood, son of Francis Marion Wood and Minerva Jane Gorman, married Lydia Glass, daughter of William M. Glass and Mary Jane LaFon, in 1893 in Bosque County. They appear in the 1900 Bosque census with three children: Florence M., James W., and Myrtle M. Mary Minerva, another child of George Wood by his first marriage, had died in 1898 and is buried in Acuff Cemetery in Bosque County. There is no Stella listed in the 1900 census, so if she was the daughter of this couple, she was probably born in late 1900 or after. There is no George Wood in the 1910 Bosque census. Do you have any idea where your George Wood and Lydia were located at the time of the 1910 census? Were they in Texas? Do you know where Stella was born? Bruce Wiland
