One trick that I learned is to change the "Exact and Close Match," to "Exact, Close & Partial." That change will find quite a few more names to research. Also, one of my ancestors was found only after I entered his first two initials, rather than his first and middle name. Finally, one ancestor who was difficult to find, was finally found by looking at each and every name that was displayed. That took a very long time (150 pages), but I did find the ancestor. If this doesn't help, then hopefully someone else will know of a different database that will contain your ancestor. Good Luck.
