James Walter Long, died Friday at a local hospital. Survivors: Daughter, Miss Eva Eleanor Long, San Antonio; brothers, V. P. King; sister, miss Lora King, all of Hondo, Texas. Service Monday at 1:20 at the Laurel Heights Methodist church, Dr. Howard H. Hollowell will officiate; assisted by Rev. O.W. moerner and Rev Horace m. king. Pallbearers: Sam h. Vaughan, Randolph L. Carter, Max H. Wier Sr., Will n. Nonnan, W. W. Robertson, Chanacy A. King. Following the service, the body will be taken to hondo for a 4:00 graveside service and interment at the Hondo cemetery.
