She disappears from census between 1920 and 1930. She was living in Hopkins Co. with a child at the 1920 census. I have written to one cemetery in the county seat where her father is buried with no luck so will try the ones closest to where she was living in 1920. She doesn't appear to be in the Texas Death Index for 1903-1940 under any variant of Satterfield. Death certificates were not officially required, I understand until 1929. It is always possible she does not have a stone which I have certainly found in my family before; that's why I check with the cemetery not just rely on surveys. Ronald Reagan didn't put stones on his parents graves; his son found out and did. Happens in the best of families! I will plug along, thanks!
