Hummmm, I doubt very seriously if a man would have been told to shut up. And that IS what happened. I hope the administrator is reading the mail now. I have received a lot of private mail supporting Sarah and I want her back on the list. People want to know what is going on. And I don't appreciate being told the same thing. I know how to research genealogy and where to look and how to look. I have been giving others directions and doing lookups for quite a while. In other words, I know what I am doing. And I do it very well, thank you. And I am tired of being nice to rude people. Sarah was FLAMED plain and simple. G. I would also like to know what's going on especially since I volunteered to come down from NY to help fix up this cemetary. Respect for the deceased has EVERYTHING to do with geneology. Noone should be forgotten. I have also been flamed, but on a comment board for not fitting the "norm" and actually wanting to get things done. I'm so tired of 'all talk & no action' people. Sarah's story was the only email I ever got from this list. I enjoyed & learned from what she said. Anyway, "...that's all I have to say about that". - Forrest Gump M. Ross Oakdale, NY

    3. Please do not let this "fray" discourage your interest in this message board; also when reading of offers of help for cemetary clean-up, all the way from NY, I was so impressed with your selflessness in this offer! Consequently, I thought to myself, this petty bickering over a worthy project is going to turn people away for sure! We are supposedly civilized adults and all have an interest in our past history, which is the purpose of the message boards/mailing lists! Sarah's passion is to be commended!
