Kathleen ([email protected]) was kind enough to send me the link to the following Arizona Dept. of Health Services site for searching scanned images of birth certificates which were issued at least 75 years ago and death certificates which were issued at least 50 years ago: http://genealogy.az.gov/ This site allows you to search by the individual's name, as well as the names of their father or mother. Searches can be narrowed by date ranges and Arizona counties if known.
