This BACON line came from England to Virginia to Washington Co. Tennessee to Madison Co. Arkansas in 1839. They are in the 1840 & 1850 census of Madison Co. AR & I give the other censuses I followed them in. The Edmund Lee BACON, Jr., b. 1865. Bexar Co. TX-d. 1935, Bexar Co. TX, is the s/o Edmund Lee BACON. Sr. & Josephine BECKMAN. He married Anna Gerfers and they had seven children. Also a George Henry Bacon born Jan 22 1868 and died Dec 17, 1947. He married Margaret "Maggie" Gerfers and they had 10 children.
