J E (John) Kelly was born on February 3, 1920, in Simpson County, Mississippi and died in San Antonio in April of 1975. He was married and had at least one daughter. His only sibling, Elizabeth Kelly, was born in Simpson County, Mississippi on November 19, 1916, and died in San Antonio in November of 1986. She never married.
