I just wanted to Thank everyone who answered my request/question about obtaining cemetery books and information on San Fernando Cemetery. Louise
Does anyone know if there is a site online that shows the original surveys of Bexar county? Specifically, I am looking for a map to print that shows the survey boundaries done in NW Bexar county...many of these where done around the 1880's. I'm looking for survey #405 1/2, among others. Thanks! Vince

Declining a commission, he enlisted as a private in Company G of the 9th Alabama infantry. Later he joined the staff of General Edward A. Perry of the Florida Brigade (Perry was married to Alfred's wife's sister). Any assistance in this matter would be apprecated. I've checked Alamo Masonic, CC#1 and CC#2. If anyone has the list of the San Antonio Confederate Cemetery and could check that it would be most helpful.
I am interested in finding out also. If anyone has the answer could you please post it on the list. I called San Fernando Cemetery #2 but was told that there wasn't a book. We just needed to send them a list of names & dates of death to them and they can look them up. But I am sure that there are burials that I wouldn['t even know about. A book would be most helpful. I didn't know # 1 had a book. If anyone knows of any other cemetery books for San Antonio please let me know. Thanks, Louise In a message dated 11/25/2005 10:33:12 P.M.
