Bill, I subscribe to your list in the hopes that one day a familiar name will pop up. I haven't written before. I don't know the entire story about the bios but if proper credit was given to the source it's really a shame that all that work would have to be removed. What was the purpose in writing the book in the first place? Are they so afraid they'll miss a sale? This is an unfortunate situation.
