Howdy Lyn.. There is a Resthaven list at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/tx/bell/belltoc.htm I didn't see any Francis surnames, and just one Stewart, an infant. It may be that the Francis/Stewart surnames from the Tennessee Valley area are primarily in another cemetery. I hope the search features being added by RootsWeb will help out with searches here very soon! Much of our old cemetery list information is coming out of cemetery lists from our local public libraries. Permission has been/is being obtained to cite them on the web pages, but it does tend to be 10, 15, or 20 year-old information. Updating the lists is down the road a bit, our thinking being an old list posted is better than no info at all pending update. Tennessee Valley Cemetery actually doesn't exist any more. It was one of several relocated off lands the Government took for the establishment of Camp Hood. The graves were moved to Resthaven Cemetery, and a section was marked for Tennessee Valley, as shown in this photo.
