Your treasure hunt for the cemeteries is very interesting. Has anyone run across a "Peppers" buried in Bell County near Peppers Creek just outside Belton? My gr gr grandfather William M. Peppers and wife Eveline Kincheloe settled on Peppers Creek. Well, they left ARK when Mary Jane, their dau was only one year old.(1842) In 1850, Mary Jane was still the only child and that seems very unusual as they did have several children after leaving Bell Co. for Uvalde Co.
