The Taylor Valley area is east of Belton on Highway 93. Here is a map of the area: http://www.mapquest.com/cgi-bin/ia_find?link=ia-map-result&zoom_level=7&mscs id=&uid=u5we0ew4nm_rw1cy:axqfa0lyb&SNVData=njij9-lz7%3bvdduvj%7clga,cjtsc%28 r,f7c3m%280,c2j%7cx96bsg.3rs%3b_w0w2x9.q8k8%29c2j%7cx968s5.q8k8%29cw8%7c.hzr 0q0,i4o6%40klqrkq%7cl%24bcjs%7cdyx1%29iw%3b2%3btb0fj%7cfiid%7c7xbfjw.q8k8dr- oxiw%3ba%3bB%7cWIK%3bW%40BBD%3bwbwik5%7crxhqje.gm2nxp%28Vsc7bl%3a%2bJO%3a%2b GG There is a listing of graves in the Taylor Valley Cemetary at: ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/tx/bell/cemetery/tayvalcem.txt My ggggrandfather, Lewis Singleton Deaver, is buried there. However, last time I was stopped by, it was overgrown quite a bit. It's a small cemetary and probably no one has been buried there in about 70-80 years. There is also some information on the origin of Taylor Valley at the following link. (Hit control-F on the page and search for "Taylor", on most browsers.) http://www.rootsweb.com/~txbell/nannie4.htm Hope this helps... Joe D.
