I would be interested in knowing where Stringtown is also. My Father Willard Forrest Hargrove was born in the area in 1914. He told me once before he died, that the Hargroves had come from Limestone co AL and Giles co TN to work on a huge ranch there. I believe it must be near Troy as Hargroves still live there, and have a family reunion there in August each year.
