The above Hezekiah and Permelia Hastings are our Great Great Grandparents, and I have been searching to see if I could find their death/burial records in Texas. About seven years ago I was in Texas, going through books in the Mc Lennan County Library in Waco, and in a small booklet put out by the Central Texas Genealogical Society, I found reference to the burial of Permelia in the Wilson Valley Cemetery. Only details were her birth and death years, shown as "B 1816 - D 1892". (Permelia's birth date was June 16, 1816 as recorded in the family Bible), so this satisfied me that this was our Permelia. I was unable to find Hezekiah's death or burial record at that time. Today I have been going through the Wilson Valley Cemetery records, and have found Hezekiah's burial, with the following information "B. June 21, 1816 - D Jan 06, 1892" (Note: The family Bible gives Hezekiah's birth date as 27 Oct. 1818). As this does appear to be a conflict of information, with Permelia shown in one record and Hezekiah in another, I am somewhat confused. Do you have any idea if they were both buried in this cemetery, or should I continue to look elsewhere for one or the other of them. Thanking you in advance, Virginia M.
