Howdy TXBELL folks! Joe Deaver (ancestry@deaver.com) has agreed to be the TXBELL list and Bell County Genealogy and History web page listowner/webmaster respectively. Over the next few weeks we'll be transitioning functions from me to Joe, and there may be some snags along the way. However, Joe has something like three generations of ancestors from Bell County, and is familiar with the County and its people, and I think he'll do great. The mailing list change-over will go fairly quickly, and the Bell County page stuff will follow along shortly afterwards (the webmaster stuff is in a lot more places, as are the control pages for the different GenConnect boards).
