I have copies of THE HISTORY OF BELL COUNTY VOLUME ONE AND TWO and a copy ofanother older HISTORY OF BELL COUNTY by George W. Tyler which I am more than happy to do lookups in. William Sr. was born 15FEB1793 or 1797 in Sumner Co, TN (1797 according to discharge papers April 1837 from First Battalion of 2nd Regiment of Ark Volunteers) and he died 8JAN1840 in Crawford Co ARK. He married Sarah STAFFORD on 5JUL1814 in Dickson Co TN Sarah was born 2JAN1798 where? and died 11JAN1881 in Bell Co TX and is buried near Salado and Belton Road near Lampasas Creek, Bell Co, TX. They had children: David Elbert b 8MAY1815 Dickson TN; Jackson b 12JAN1817 Dickson TN; Melisa Elizabeth 9JAN1819 Dickson TN; William Jr. 11FEB1821 Dickson TN; Levica b 23APR1823 Dickson TN; Sherrod 13DEC1824 Dickson TN; Catherine 2DEC1826 Dickson TN; Susanah 18DEC1828 Dickson TN; Sarah Jane 23AUG1830 West Fork ARK; John Browning 9DEC1832 West Fork, ARK; Aaron S. 11SEP1835 West Fork; Anson 16JUL1838 West Fork ARK.
