My interest in Bell County lies with my great great grandparents: John C. ROUNTREE and Ella (WILLIAMS) ROUNTREE, both reported to be buried at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple. Ella's brother, Isom WILLIAMS, is also supposed to buried somewhere in Temple, TX. I have been able to find information on the ROUNTREEs but am having a lot of difficulty with the WILLIAMS, perhaps due to its being such a common surname. Should anyone be familiar with the Temple Cemetery Company (ca.1930), please let me know. I'd like to obtain any records available for Isom WILLIAMS but have been unable to determine if TCC has gone out of business or been subsumed by a larger cemetery.
