I have no idea what the dates might be, but Fred would have been born between 1895-1905. I'm not sure where my mom got the information, but she told me that Daniel was last in the "Waco area." Mary is not buried with them, she died in the early 1960's is at Greenlawn Cemetery in Bakersfield, California with her other son, Charles. I'm kind of at my wits end with this family. My stepfather, J.D. Thomas, now age 77, remembers very little. His father was killed while breaking a horse, and his mom, L.V. Greathouse Thomas, died in a car accident two years later (1928) and is buried in Iowa Park, Wichita County, Texas. Mary and her son, Charles, raised J.D. He lost both parents before age 6. Also, if you might be able to point me in the right direction concerning ranches... I need to find the names of large ranches in Bell (if this is our branch of Greathouses), Grayson and Wichita Counties during the 1920's. Any information would be greatly appreciated and I would be glad to pay any fee that might be expected for such.
