I am not really sure about which years are included, but it would be worth a visit or a phone call to ask for assistance for the month of July 1907. I did get an death notice for a relative that died in Dec of 1907. The genealogy librarian is Mike Kelsey. With a case like this, I am sure it was published. Good luck, Rayedene
