Hello, Could anyone tell me where I would go in Bell Co. to obtain copies of marriage records from 1879 and 1880? I'm not sure whether it would be the county courthouse or the probate office as it is in some counties. Would I need to write a letter to the or could I place a call to them to obtain the records?
