Land patent was for at least 570 acres. Henry died in Houston, Texas in either 1838, 46, or 48, and his heirs claimed the land patent in 1851. On the land patent record that I have found thus far, it says "Class: Mil 2nd." Does this mean that the land was given to Henry for military service? This is important to me.
