Robin, I found all kind of Wilki(e)sons but no W B or William Bowen from Kentucky. I only had time to search 1870 and 1880. I will watch out for him next time I am in the 1900 census. There was a family of Wilkirson in Beat #3 in Bell in 1880...J. B 64, P 54, C J 19, D 19, D 22....Don't you hate it when they use initials.. this is on page 324.
