Does anyone know if the earlier volumes are available still. Also does Bell Co. have printed censuses and marriage records like Williamson Co., does? I would certainly like to get copies if there any available. Thanks. Jackie Morgan -----Original Message----- From: Joe D. The Bell County Museum sells Volumes I & II in their bookstore: http://www.vvm.com/~museum/#BOOKS I believe marriage records at the county clerk's office go back to just prior to 1900. (I located my great grandparents' 1893 marriage certificate at the office in Belton.) Check this site for contact information: http://www.bellcountytx.com/services.htm There are various libraries in Bell County which might have the census records. There is contact info for many of these libaries on our local resources site: http://www.rootsweb.com/~txbell/resource.htm Hope this helps... Joe D.
