Sunday we spent in Bell County looking for Cedar Hill Cemetery. Instead of finding this cemetery we did find out some interesting things. Cedar Knob Cemetery had buriels unnamed and quite a few there. Cedar Valley we visited and did not find our ancestors. We found the Keys Valley Baptist Church and the deacon there filled us in on alot . The church was moved because of dam work in the 1960's but the Keys Valley Cemetery graves were moved and possibly in 4 different areas. We were unable to spend more time there but do plan to go back as soon as possible. My aunt left us her ancestory notes and says they were buried on the Jackson Ranch. The Mormon site has them listed at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Do any of these places: Jackson Ranch or Cedar Hill Cemetery sound familiar to anyone. My ancestors should be buried at either place. Their names: 1. Charles Harrison Stuart b. 1833 Buncombe Co. NC d. Cedar Knob, Bell Co. Tx. 10 March 1885. 2. Charles wife Margaret A. Stuart Riggs. b. 14 March 1837 Monroe, Mississippi d. 26 Oct. 1903 Bell Co. Tx. Their daughter Lily married a John Jackson and are supposedly buried on a Jackson Ranch.
