Miranda later married John William Benthall. I know the Benthall's lived in bell Co. many years prior to 1850 and probably until the 1900's but there was no census for 1970-80 or 90 with their names. Miranda was the daughter of F. C. Wilmeth of Collins County. John W. Benthal's first wife was Amanda Lee and I can find no info on her. I was in Bell Co in Oct., 1999 and went through several records at the library in Belton but found nothing. Rootsweb has info but it is conflicting with what I have.
