Looks like William and sister, May, were living in Bell County, Texas in 1900 census. Dist. #10 Enum. Dist. 23 Sheet 8A. It is clear, and has no damage or fading. Photo was taken (imprinted on front side) by Harper Studio. They had 4 locations, Bryan, TX: Ennis, TX, Temple, TX and Waxahachie, TX. I do not know which location this photo was taken. I will also post on these county sites.
