Sorry I thought I put the range but did not.time frame would be 1878 to 1884. Isaac Simmons was raised in Bell co. Texas from about 1870 through 1900 where he appears on the federal Census. Sometimes he was known as Isaac J. Simmons and sometimes was called Thomas Simmons.
