Sherry, I have a list of everyone buried at McDowell Cemetery (most of them are my kin) but there is no James G. Payne listed. Do you know his wife's maiden name. Perhaps her family is there. The cemetery is on the property of the Nolan Valley Baptist church in Northwest Belton. I can not remember the highway number think it is 196. Jody Dillard
