McClung was in Bell County just before the Civil War. He joined up from there. Hoping someone can find him in the 1860 Census of Bell Co., TX. If you have a copy with an index, I would like to know where to find him -- what page. I live in Springfield, MO and we do not have an index to the 1850 census of Texas. Looking for any and all McClung families in Texas. Michael McClung had a family but we don't know anything about them. They may have remained in Bell County. Does anyone know about McClungs in your area? Any help would be appreciated.
