McBride, Hamlet H. McBride, and Joshua L. McBride who were members of Bell County Camp 122 along with ribbons and pictures. Littleton B. McBride (b. 1831, KY, m. lst time to Catherine Pearsal, 2nd, Mary E. NO LAST NAME, 3rd time Mary (Polly Choate), orginally enlisted at Athens, Henderson County,on March 1, 1862. Littleton McBride is buried in Belton Cemetary (we found it and have picture of Confederate Marker) Hamlet H. (Hamlet is buried down in Melvin Cemetery, Melvin, McCullough County, Texas (we found it and have picture of tombstone) and Joshua L. McBride enlisted in spring of 1862 at Weatherford, Parker County, James W. McBride enlisted at Athens, Henderson County in Feb. 1862. We are still looking for Joshua L. McBride place of burial (died in Belton County, November 1, 1870) These brothers had one sister, Sara Jane (or Sally) McBride who married my great grandfather and she died at childbirth of my grandfather, Thomas Clifton Russell. he, of the Thomas Lamar Russell family of Maxdale, Texas and owner of the mule barn in Florence where the public library now sits. My great grandmother, Sara Jane (Sally) McBride (Mrs. Thomas Clifton Russell),( b. 1845 in Kentucky, and married in Waco, Texas, January 7, 1869, died September 16, 1870.
