There is a photo of the Bell County Confederates Association in Volume one in the Story of Bell County and a large photo hanging in the county courthouse in Belton. I know that James W. Cowan was one of the leaders of that association. But, the photo is not indexed either. I don't know who is who. Jody Dillard
