Here is what I have on my Jeffrey family (no "s") at the end... we have a match on Mary E. Jeffrey, b. Alabama, but mine is born 1835... very likely the same family... there may be two Mary E's... this line has several similar names... possibly my Jeremiah and your Abner were siblings? Any ideas?
