    3. I did a search of the current Bell County cemetary transcriptions and did not locate any Dyches. Of course, not all Bell county cemetaries are transcribed yet. (Coming soon: New Project!) However, I did find the name Dyches on the following TXGenWeb sites: http://c-23.rootsweb.com/usgenweb/archives/tx/abstracts/jefferso.txt http://c-23.rootsweb.com/usgenweb/archives/tx/abstracts/williams.txt http://c-23.rootsweb.com/usgenweb/archives/tx/abstracts/haskell.txt http://c-23.rootsweb.com/usgenweb/archives/tx/williamson/census/1850/1850ind x.txt If you were referring to the Virtual Cemetary archives, there's not a lot there yet, but you can do a search on just about any field, including last name: http://www.genealogy.com/vcem_welcome.html Hope that helps... 3. Is anyone researching the Charles Michael Henderson family? Charles M. Henderson, m. Jamme Ann Virginia Adams in 1877. I need a connection between Jamme Ann Virginia Adams and her mother, Permilia (Permelia) Markham. Permilia first m. James Adams, second (?) Barrington. They had several children. Jamme Ann and Charles M. Henderson had a family of 12 children in Holland, Bell County, Texas. The family relocated to Coleman County, Texas about 1900. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 3. There is a South Belton Cemetery. It is about a half-mile south of the Bell County Courthouse on Penelope Street. Cemetery contains about 350 graves. It is not in good shape. Has been vandalized and there isn't much effort being put into cleaning it up. Cemetery also known as Conferedate Cemetery for the high number of Confederate veterans buried there. I have a 1968 list of burials in the cemetery and your grandmother is not on the list. However, the most recent burial listed is for 1938. I don't know if that was the last burial or the listmaker of the list I found just didn't list all the people buried there.
