I'm looking for a close relative for a friend. His name is Harold Lee Fogle. Or that was his name when he was born in San Antonio. His mom is Rosavon Scott Fogle. She divorced his Dad Otis Fogle i think in San antonio but was born in Bastrom. They divorced between 1955 and 1959. I think finding her or her family might be the best way to find him. After the divorce Rosavon and Harold moved to Calif. and he could have been adopted by a stepfather. His birth date is May 29, 1955. Judy has been looking for him for 30 plus years.
