Greetings fellow list members. I guess this message will not be a surprise to most of you since Maryann and I accidentally had this discussion publicly instead of privately. The change has now taken place--I have been given the "keys" to "mind the store." Thanks go to Maryann Dixon Moseby for her efforts as the previous administrator of this list. In case you did not read the exchange I had with Maryann, the family that I am researching is PETTY. They settled near Red Rock on the Bastrop/Caldwell County line. There are two related families that I am interested in: BEARCE and FRANKLIN--these are two brick walls that married into the Petty family. I also have an interest in the HUDDLESTON family.
