Tomlinson and his daughter, Sidney Tomlinson in Austin County, Texas. She married a Samuel Allen and lived in Austin County, Texas in 1870s-1880s before they moved, eventually, to Abilene, Texas and died there. N.R. Tomlinson was a brother to my g-grandfather, Carney Cotton Tomlinson, who came from Alabama, Mississippi, in late 1870's and settled in San Saba County, Texas.(McMillien or McMillian Community and China Creek Community). My Rainey line lived in Richland Springs, San Saba County, and brought some of the first pecan trees to that county. I am not related to the Allen family, except through Sidney Tomlinson Allen and I am not trying to claim any relationship to the Allen family. I would like to know if any of N.R.
